Exchange Policy
Customers may request an exchange if they receive:
1. A damaged or defective fabric.
2. The wrong fabric, color, or item compared to the confirmed order.
3. An item that is significantly different from the product description.
Exchange requests must be made within 3 days of receiving the order.To be eligible for an exchange, the fabric must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in its original condition.
Non-Exchangeable Items
We cannot accept exchanges for fabrics that have been:
1. Cut, stitched, altered, washed, or used.
2. Damaged after delivery due to customer handling.
3. Ordered incorrectly due to a change of mind or personal preference
.Please carefully check your order before cutting or altering the fabric.
Refund Policy
Refunds may be considered in cases where:
1. The wrong product was delivered and an exchange is not possible.
2. The product arrives damaged or defective and cannot be replaced.
3. The ordered item is unavailable after the order has been confirmed.
Refund eligibility will be reviewed after the issue has been verified by our team.
Refund Processing
Once an approved refund is confirmed, the refund will be processed through the applicable payment method or agreed method of refund.
Shipping or delivery charges may be non-refundable unless the issue was caused by an error on our part.
